Charlotte Key is an actor, teacher, writer, and multi-media artist based in NYC.

Charlotte Key has more than a decade of performance experience and has trained with Shakespeare and Company, Shakespeare Theater Company, and Signature Theater Education. She holds a BA with Highest Distinction in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, and History from the University of Virginia. She has taught acting for more than 5 years, including as a teaching artist with Signature Theater. She has created a wide array of visual art- ranging from work exhibited by the Fralin Museum to commissions for album covers, private events, and personal collections. Her writing, rooted in her academic background, centers questions about power, structure, individuality, compassion, and joy.
